As said, you can have your packages delivered at any location, so changing/redirecting the address will not raise suspicion.

i guess it has, because they just called me again (the depot) saying if i do it one more time, they will completely stop delivering to my address.

No It hasn't. Within reason, I've redirected countless consignments without any Issues whatsoever.

The reason why they've decided to take action with future redirects, Is due to the following event- namely the Inconsistency with the fake name.

UPS called me again today, they asked me why am i using a fake name and address again for every package, they made me promise i wont do it again

and the reason the fake name matters is..?
because of possible fraud right?
