Without one In place, you cannot "plan" your objective.  The "plan" Is the method, and every attack vector must be supported by It.

According to their terms and conditions: "The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery of the Products to you" so they wouldn't be obligated to give a refund for a DNA scenario right?
