Hey after a 2-3 week pause from this forum I'm back.
Today I want to share how to get free Bose Sleepbuds II (2. Gen). (Sorry if this method already exists and sorry for my English skills).

So all you need is this Serial number :  078793Z82231370Ae
And a phone

Idk what Bose was thinking when releasing the Sleepbuds 1. GEN but yeah every!! 1. GEN has the Serial number which you can see above.

Step 1: Call the Bose Support from your country.
Step 2: Tell them that ur Sleepbuds aren't working anymore (e.g. Won't power on, don't charge anymore etc.)
Step 3: they are going to ask for SN.
Step 4: you just give them this: 078793Z82231370Ae
Step 5: They may try to go through some troubleshooting... Just tell them you already did them or just fake it that you are doing them.
Step 6: Tell them Device still dead.
Step 7: They are going to ask for the broken Sleepbuds 1. GEN.
Now you have 2 options.

Option 1: Send them with their return label an empty box. Wait till it arrive and call them when you will get your replacement. I called them every 2-3 days. (Worked for me but had to wait 3 weeks but it worked )

Option 2: Tell them e.g. you are on a business trip and that the first guy you were talking to said you get the replacement first. Since you are calling them the 2nd time they are going to help you some more?!. When you have luck you'll get an email with informations that the replacement has been send to you. (worked for my friend).
That's it lol.
