So I’ve ordered 2 things, was planning to do the partial method but they’ve shipped in 2 different boxes, the thing I want is coming first, do I say there’s an empty box? Before the other item arrives, or do I wait until both items have arrived then make a claim, I’m still only planning to refund item A and not item B.
