they still  asked to send another video showing even deeper into the issue

i sent a 3m video showing how the wireless didnt work, even showed my g935 working but the keyboard not at all, they asked for a vid with the cable, i made the excuse im at my mums house for easter, and going home just to take a video wouldnt be a good idea.
