i sent a 3 min video now with the serial number and issue and stuff, they still  asked to send another video showing even deeper into the issue lmao. Apparently many advisors arent replying today, this rep defo must love her job if shes working today and then continues to ask for a million vids/pics/pops.

They keep records of every claim, so you may find that another rep will take over where the last one left off.
