As for what's happened, it seems to me Amazon Australia has finally catched up with other countries in terms of security as investigations for 30 days has always been a thing in UK and USA.
You have been lucky to get 1 week ftids in the past. I have never heard of that before.
So in answer to your question the only way your ftid will fail is if they say youve had too many refunds, rather than the method itself.
Keep us informed!
Yea, after reading other people's experience, seems like 1 week TFID is pretty rare. I think Amazon AU might just be behind other countries in security in that back then (2018-2020) I've seen friends do DNA,EB, Partial EB with orders like 1.5-2k which seems kind of "impossible" with other countries.
I can't find much info on Amazon TFID fails, or maybe I'm not looking in the right place... I assume the way I know that it fail is when I ask again in a few days and they say something along the lines of either " your refund has been declined for X reason" or "the package you sent back is empty, please send back the real thing"
