The reason behind my questions, Is to give SE'ers an Insight of how the company tends to process claims, thereby they can plan their SE accordingly. It obviously won't be the case each and every time, but at least there's a foundation to work with.

Since I'm on this forum, I'll share every of my SE'ing attempts as detailed as possible.
