I read your article and if I am correct, here is how I need to proceed (8 steps):

1. i buy the rtx 3090 (it is not transparent).
2. i buy a 2nd product from the same company and category (electronics) for a few dollars and same weight, max 80 grams difference (4.84 pounds)
3. then I report that I received the wrong item, for example via Amazon chat. There I say I opened the package of the product and there was a completely different product inside.
4. Then they tell me to send it back.
5. I place the cheap product in the original rtx 3090 package and send it back in the original package. I do NOT exchange the numbers, of the 2 products, Because then the ID does not match the description of the cheap item. That would be bullshit because I want them to capture the ID of the cheap item.
6. it arrives to them with the same weight and they scan it and realize it's from their inventory.
7.When they get back to me and say they checked it and I put it in, I say this can't be. There must be an error in the management of the orders (accounting/invoicing department). Or there is an error with the manufacturer. Or it was a return and someone else replaced the contents.
8. the company thinks it was an internal error and they will refund me the product.

Have I thought everything through correctly? What other dangers could I be facing that I should definitely be aware of?

I will buy the main product through my private account. I have a very good history over the years. I will buy the 2nd cheap product through a friend, from the same company.
