Once you have waited 180, just use any bank account you have. Add the account to paypal and if you've changed your name, match it up with the name on PayPal. Withdraw the money. (At the moment, you can still receive/send payments to a bank account with a different name.)



If you have already used your account with an alternative paypal account. Create a saver account that allows instant withdrawals, takes 2 secs on your banking app. It'll give you a new bank account no. Once transferred, then you can more the money to your current account and viola close the saver account (if you want).

EDIT: You will not be able to withdraw money through a cc. You put yourself at greater risk using dodgy accounts which will cause paypal to trigger their ID verification, once you get to that stage, if you dont have the docs - you're f**ked

PayPal account is registered in US but I am from Europe...
I am sure withdrawing to a card is possible. I've done this in the past. And that account is permanently limited so I don't care about PayPal triggering or anything, I just want to get the money.
