Guys I still need help with this.

My money is eligible to withdraw but I don't know how to withdraw it because it is stealth account and I am not from the US...

Some people here said that I should try paying with the limited account to non limited account... What did they mean by that? In the email they said that I can only WITHDRAW the money... Can I pay with limited PayPal or what?

I have some real Canadian drivers licences. Maybe I can create some eWallet with that? :/ Or maybe do you know aboout any prepaid card that can be linked to paypal? (prepaid cards don't require verification...)

I believe you can request a check or send it to a bank account. I am unsure if either of those are not options because of your locality.
