Update on the situation. I’ve ordered the graphic card along with some junk items just in case the graphic card itself is heavier than my wrong item. Fortunately it is slightly heavier at around 200 grams or so, but I can easily claim that the extra weight was the junk inside the package when it delivers.

If an Investigation Is opened, they'll use the weight of the GPU during their assessment- regardless of the amount of Items you've ordered.

Fingers crossed they're half-asleep and approve the claim.

Update on the situation, Amazon basically lost my return package so I had to wait 2 weeks since the delivery date in order to get my refund. It was an agonising wait but well worth it as now I got a RTX 3090.
Funny thing is that I even managed to prep the account with legit orders for around 2 weeks, and DNA another package with value around 1k.
All in all, luck is the only thing you need while dealing Amazon at that high value.
