The problem is finding the contact details for this, you can’t even send a ticket, and calling in will just get you ignored. It’s so bad. I guess GoPro isn’t the only company that tried to get its customers to contact the delivery service.

I know their customer service Is pretty bad.

Their email/chat support seems to redirect to sending a ticket. I'll see If I can locate a contact form.

Whenever I call in I seem to get the same person every time.
Same when I sent a ticket, always the same girl replying.

It’s as if they have no one else working there, and they always tell you to go make a claim with ups. Same like gopro tries.
