so I contacted them today for a phone my cousin ordered 3 months ago saying it never arrived.
we didnt sign for it or anything and no pictures were taken.
wondering if they will blacklist the current phone imei? if so I might cancel.

If I was the rep, I'd be questioning why you've waited 3 months before getting In contact with the company.

Of course, It's not difficult to come up with a reason.

Apple Itself, may not blacklist It but If the IMEI Is placed In a pool of blacklisted numbers, the carrier will block It when you attempt to connect to their service.

If Apple decides to check, they'll see that It's In use and connected to a carrier and Its very own services (If any).

What complicates It, Is the method Itself against the time you've taken to respond, and the fact that the phone has been In use from the date of purchase.

I'm not suggesting that It won't succeed, but rather stating the reasons why It has a chance of failing.
