Ralph Lauren #1
Im trying to se Ralph Lauren, I bought a pair of jeans of jeans and a shirt. Intending to use the missing item method I said I had received the jeans but not the shirt. i thought this would suffice since the jeans are much heavier than the shirt which is very light. I contacted RL and they instructed me I would have to return the empty plastic bag that the items arrived in (earlier in the conversation i concede I still have packaging to confirm it is not damaged).

Should i give the empty plastic bag to the UPS driver (sounds ridiculous), why would they want this and will it compromise my SE?

What's the precise weight?

That's not a commonality when using the missing Item method.

I don't see their purpose In asking, but whatever the case may be, comply with their request.

I'll rephrase actually, the shirt is very light in relation to the jeans the shirt itself weighs 300g. The shipping weight of the package is 1kg.

On the grounds an Investigation Is opened, 300 grams Is too heavy- shipping scales Increment that weight.

It will be detected at the carrier's weighing facilities and deemed that It was In fact enclosed during shipment. Hopefully the rep Is half-asleep when assessing the claim, and does not open an Investigation. If so, expect a favorable outcome.

RL always open a UPS investigation (many clothing companies will when you partial) this is just a formality and its best to just hand it over and they will issue the refund. If you dont they will say you didnt comply with their terms and reject any refund - Had the same with a Fendi partial once and cost me a fair bit

Ralph Lauren is pretty difficult with DNA and even EB. For RL and Fendi both, in the future, I'd suggest FTID. I've had success with both. I'm currently testing a DNA method with Fendi to see how deep the water is, but it's always a process with designer brands lol.

Any advice for the ftid method with RL

Why are you opting for that, when there's an array of traditional methods that actually work?

Like what? I am unaware of any other methods working with ralph lauren + I was only told that ftid was working.
