Amazon sold or fulfilled matter? 02-10-2021, 02:48 AM
#1
Hey guys so I have a question regarding amazon and their sold and fulfilled. I want to buy a pc from amazon and take the pc they send & switch it with an older model (almost exact same pc). The thing is that the pc I want to buy is sold by Skytech but fulfilled by amazon. Would I run into any issues if it’s sold by another company besides amazon? Or is the fulfilled part the most important part in order for my switch-a-roo to be successful.

In terms of the SE per se, Amazon FBA won't be a problem.
They simply store, pick, pack and dispatch goods on behalf of the seller. They also handle customer service, returns & refunds. As long as It's not an Individual seller, you'll be fine.

It should be fulfilled by Amazon. I made a few refunds on item which was sold by XXX company and fulfilled by Amazon. Feel free to order pc.
