Your missing what we hare asking sir ! if you ran the EXE outside of a VM OR RDP or Sandbox . than you pc is infected with a clipper which will Massively affect the Security of your pc.

just deleting the exe wont remove the infection

There's a possibility your PC may be Infected, so be sure to run a full system scan at the minimum.
