I would like to refund a pair of wireless earbuds priced at ~250 euro at a website bol.com. I was thinking since they are around 75 grams for the entire package (earbuds and charging case) i could use the missing item method for these things. My account is pretty matured, it has a lot of orders already.

My questions are: does anyone have experience with bol.com? If so please PM or answer this thread. And: will the missing item method work on this account?

The last se was performed 4 months ago. It was not missing item method! Also i wanna make clear i am not planning on doing a partial but a missing item in the manufacturers box.

Going by your account's standing and the last SE performed, you're good to go. In terms of the missing Item manufacturer error, Is the box fully packaged with cardboard on every side?

It is opened the way you slide open a irpods pro box, and there is no see-through if thats what you are aiming at.

As long as there's no clear film on the outside of the box, and any part of the Item cannot be seen before It's opened, then you're good to go.
