So the company that I am currently se'ing doesn't give out any shipping label, they only give you a pdf with a page that need to print out and put in the box, a tips of if go to ups will get 8% off, and an address of where the box should be send to. I though on this for so long but I still cannot figure any idea of how to let them send me a prepaid shipping label. Anyone got any idea? thanks

What company is this?

If it is StockX which has a similar process it is on the PDF. If it is not on the PDF just contact their customer service.

Do they generate shipping labels to begin with, or Is It their policy to only Issue PDFs?

If they do deal with labels, simply tell them you're constantly having Issues opening and printing the PDF, hence would prefer a shipping label sent.
