Very clever.
If caught, I'd say a lawsuit would be a certainty.

Well the most common way Chinese rep manufacturers achieve what they do is having their employees steal from the waste at the official Adidas factories and form it to fit the rep designs and then their "boost" passes all checks and feel because it is actually real boost. Just less criminal in terms of the method of obtaining it.

1.) You must first order a shoe from any store, for example, some Nike Adapts from Nike.com
2.) After you receive that package you must contact their support and say something along the lines of, "Hey, I just received my package but something very odd happened. I opened the box and I saw there was only one shoe!"
3.) After this they will say if you want a refund of if you want them to send you another package after returning that one. You're going to ask for a refund and ship the package back to them but keep one of course.
4.) You repeat this but, with a different store such as footlocker or any other store. After receiving two refunds and keeping one of each shoe you'll have a free pair of shoes
Note: Only do this once per address per store, you can put a typo in your address if you want to do it again or just wait 3 or 4 months to do it again just to be safe.
Instead of wasting time by using this .would it not be more efficient to just claim there was an empty box .

I've heard of similar stories.
However, It doesn't change the fact that they're stealing someone else's branding/design.

It would but empty box claims tend to put more stress on the courier (FedEx, UPS, etc) and things like weight are more heavily considered. As for this method, it is more believable due to not being an entire replacement and you can avoid higher suspicion by sending at least SOMETHING back.

Oh yeah the legal precedent for the replicas/fakes is a huge implication, I thought you were referring to the way the materials were obtained.
There's enough manufacturers doing it BMLin, UncleLin, Joystudio, and a million others that if one goes down a plethora will go back up

I heard Nike is extremely easy to do as shoes are not over the 200 mark .but you are correct regarding the stress on the courier .appreciate the advice

It depends on the weight of the Item.
If It's significant to register on consignment, and the company opens an Investigation by cross-checking the carrier's manifest, then the SE will most likely fail.

It really depends on the store. The bigger the company, the more likely they have busy warehouse bees throwing your order into empty boxes before sending them off.
If it's a smaller company with more exquisite products the chance of them individually checking the goods prior to dispatch increases. Buy a £2000 pair of shoes from a high-end shoe maker and they'll usually check the pair carefully for any blemishes etc before sending them out. They live off their reputation, hence any (major) issue with the shoes might hurt them quite a bit. Claiming a missing shoe with such a procedure in place is unlikely to succeed (easily). Whether it works with a £500 pair depends on the company in question. As always, do your research.
Will i be able to do it at bijenkorf.de its a warehouse store with loads and loads of customers.

Hitting them during the busy time of year such as Easter, Black Friday and Christmas, adds to their workload, hence they'll find It difficult to keep up with the Influx of orders & claims.
