I'm sure there are many people that sell items that they have SE'd. Do you sell it on your normal accounts (eBay etc), make new ones and sell it through those, or just try to do something like Craigslist or another local way to sell you items?

Sell as a legit item, if anyone asks it's unwanted gift or you bought cheaper off facebook marketplace because you recognised you could make a profit.
No one is going to turn up at your door over it and no need to over think

There's always an element of risk when selling SEd Items, hence difficult to suggest anything that will conclusively put you In the clear.
