For sure but the only problem is that I’m not sure how you would be able to reseal the package without them noticing.

Go on youtube and type the exact model unboxing. Someone will have it opened from new.
I did this with my cpu before purchasing it so know how the seal works.

The problem with gpus is that they don't have seals on the outside box but rather static a bag wrapped around the gpe

I’ve seen some unboxing from YouTube and from what I can tell, some has shrink wrap and those that dont have a small sticker/tape on the opening. I still dunno if the seller going with shrinkwrap or leaving it as normal.

As you're aware, they both try and compete for the best deals and are extremely busy almost each and every day with an Influx of customers.

As such, In-store SEing Is the best option. CentreCom In particular, tends to put returns under the service counter and Issues refunds/replacements there and then, so the sealed box method will suffice.

Would DNA require addition documents like police report or do you just say that you didn’t get it and bam that’s it?

Also on CentreCom website state that change of my return is not able to get a return. Only not being satisfied with the product that you can return it. So it might not even possible to return it now.

Due to the value of the Item and the nature of the method, an Investigation Is almost a certainty, so too will be the need to file a PR.

Your claim will not move forward until you comply with their request.

I haven't read their terms.

Does It elaborate on what "not being satisfied" entails?

I don’t think I can forge a police report and not planning to so DNA doesn’t seem like a good option for me.
In CentreCom website doesn’t state what not satisfied mean.

Never falsify a police report and even If you could, there's no need to.

It's simply a bit of paperwork that's required to move forward with your claim and nothing more. In fact, the majority of Investigations have a successful outcome. If you're not comfortable with the DNA or the sealed box, the wrong Item received method Is an alternative.

That’s fair. I think I’ll try the DNA on a lower value item like a CPU to test out whether or not the process is difficult then I’ll do my GPU later on.

Sounds good- It'll give you an Indication of what to expect with subsequent SEs.

Do note that claims for low & high value Items may be handled differently, meaning the latter (high value) Is likely to trigger a lengthy process with an Investigation and a PR, whereas the former (low value) could be quite the opposite.
