Boozt.com Refund help #1
Hello,
Im very new to refunding and lack much experience.
SO recently I found a pair of shoes (105€) on a site called boozt.com that I really like and which are sold out pretty much anywhere and I decided to try to refund them.
I have ordered two pairs of socks and one cheap tshirt aswell to do a partial and then later return the shirt and socks to give me a full refund.
Now its just that Im very inexperienced so I'd love some feedback/tipps if anyone has some experience with the site.
Also I've received a Mail that its shipped from Sweden but that doesnt make any differences does it?
Im just kinda nervous so I'd appreciate any kind of feedback Smile
Greetings

Not at all.

The partial method Is not country-specific.

With the partial item method the missing item cannot be over 120 grams due to the carrier weighing it in the warehouse with your order having shoes and the other items it may be too heavy I would try the DNA method also if they gave you a tracking number like for ups you can see the details of the order on the website good luck Wink

I can't answer why It's not stated on their site.

As an SE'er, It's your job to research your target prior to formulating your method. In this case, the partial method Is based on the nature of the Item, namely the weight.

My carrier is DHL and on the tracking site it also doesnt say any weight either. What would you say are the chances of me succeding with partial and how are they with DNA. Also if I went through with partial what would the company do?

Well Ive looked through other forums like cracked.to and nulled.to but I havent found any posts about this site. Also in every "method" Ive read ther was nothing stated about the weight hence I didnt think of it

They're obviously unaware of what the method entails.

If the Item Is of significant weight and registers on consignment and the company opens an Investigation, they'll cross-check the carrier's records. If their dispatched weight matches the carrier's manifest, then the Item could not have been missing, hence the SE will fail.

@Lassensedis partial item will definitely work for your socks or shirt but for the shoes no you’re best bet is DNA they will either give you a refund or send you another package which you can send back to refund
By any means necessary I will get paid

Okay thank you for the advice Ill consider it Smile
How would I go about it though? I've never did DNA before so are there any tipps you could give me.
I just call them/write them and say the package never arrived.
Then they launch an investigation with the carrier?
And the carrier most likely states that it infact did arrive and then what? Im a bit unsure so I'd appreciate any help you could give

Okay so if I get this right, the weight is only a problem this time because the shoes make up the most of the weight?
Because on another refund Ive refunded 2 shorts and a thsirt but ive had 3 other shirts still there and I still got the refund. And otherwise refunds would take pretty long

In simple terms and relative to your case, when using the partial/missing Item method, the weight of the Item must be taken Into account for the aforementioned reasons.

If It's multiple Items you're SEing, then It's their combined weight that's of relevance. This Is on the grounds that an Investigation Is opened, and not based on a rep who's half-asleep on the job and simply approves the claim.
