Which FTID option works best on Amazon.de ? 12-22-2020, 06:43 PM

So, I was wondering which FTID method do u consider to be better for Amazon.de:
( for the DHL pre-paid return label which amazon gives to you at free of charge )
1.) where amazon receives your empty envelope but all personal information were removed from the empty envelope so they cannot assign it to you without a serious investigation
2.) where amazon doesn’t receive anything from you since your empty envelope was successfully delivered to a different place nearby.
I think for amazon.de only the 1st one can be used for a successful FTID refund
What do u think ?

Not at all.
In this case, removal of Identifiable details from the shipping label Is Immaterial. Given the envelope reached the correct destination, It would've been scanned, hence the delivery Is based on the scan Itself. As such, the consignor (yourself) and consignee details are recorded at the carrier's depot. A 2 minute Inquiry Into the carrier's manifest, will Identify the sender & receiver.

Not really if I were to remove the TID Numbers.
In this case, they would manually need to QR Scan (read) the QR code of the TRACKING ID - which will give them the Tracking Nr.
From thIs, they can easily find out the sender details.
But once again, they have to scan the QR code of the TID with a QR Reader application for this which takes time & effort.

That's precisely my point as per my previous post- the "sender" being yourself will be Identified, but you've stated otherwise as follows:

No effort at all.
The scanning process Is on the same hand-held device, whereby the QR code Is scanned and the consignment details are Immediately sent to the main frame at the depot.

So you believe they can scan the QR code of the TID & they have access to DHL’s database ?
I’m pretty sure they can’t scan that QR code since they are not DHL lol. It’s only meant for DHL - it was generated by DHL.
You know, amazon identifies by RMA label.
The sender’s information is included in the TID: Full name + address but I hardly believe Amazon can access this from the TRACKING Number since it’s DHL inclusive information .....
I don’t think you have much experience with this, but this forum is dead .. pointless to ask here.

You're missing the point.
As you've stated, It's a "DHL shipping label":
Quote:for the DHL pre-paid return label which amazon gives to you at free of charge
Essentially, "DHL themselves" will scan the consignment at some point during transit (both for record keeping and cost of freight) hence the consignor & consignee details will be Identified. Why do think a dedicated (DHL) shipping label Is generated? To be Ignored?
