Using the same method on Amazon #1
This will be the first time I re-use a method on my Amazon account, but I want a second opinion on whether or not this is a good idea yet.

I'm using the leaking battery method for some $150 ear-phones that come inside a case with a lithium-ion battery. I used the leaking method to SE a monitor in June. My last SE was in July and I have several legitimate orders since then.

I'm confident that I won't have any issue with this SE, but it never hurts to get input from someone with more experience than I.

I have used the same method in a row and had no problem, but I was using the wrong item method. I think that a battery leak is a little more rare event

Anyways if the weight of the earphones is low you could try the missing item, just to be on the safe side

The weight is too big. It's about 380 grams. I could opt for DNA alternatively, no picture was uploaded to Amazon and no signature was required.

yes, if you haven't signed anything you'll be fine with DNA

Did the driver leave the package at your doorstep, or was It handed to you without the need to sign?

Absolutely.

If the package was simply left at the premises, then they've basically DNA'd themselves.

The package was left at my front door, after dark at that. I think I'll go with DNA for this.

The DNA doesn't get much easier than this.

Go for It.

Turns out the delivery driver did take a picture of the package, it just wasn't uploaded until hours later.

I was still able to claim DNA and the agent I spoke to said if the package isn't here by tomorrow that I can contact them back and they'll process my refund.
