What is the best way to do it? Fedex FTID has been getting harder and harder. I have seen them re-print shipping labels when label is missing some information.

How does one FTID where package shows delivered but is either lost or sent to random address?

Use another method.

The so-called FTID Is flawed and destined to fail. What's the Item you're planning to SE and who's the company?

One way, Is to rely on the Incapacity of the return center/Inwards goods to process returns accordingly. The objective Is to make the package/envelope appear as though It's an advertisement, thereby they'll throw It out. As such, It's marked as delivered, but there's no physical nor administration record at their warehouse.

Another, Is to hope that the carrier driver Is half-asleep on the job, and delivers solely based on what's written on the (manipulated) shipping label. If we were living In the 70s when scanning systems were non-existent, It may work.

A lot of people make a mistake and mess with the tracking number for FEDEX, that is why it gets reprinted I believe.

That may well be the case, but In my locality, FedEx will reprint If any details are missing and not In Its original state.

Of course that is why you replace all the personal info with fake information apart from the tracking to make it look legit as possible

It’s a niche smart appliance company. The item in question is $200. So not huge on price.

I don’t want to DNA cause the item size is huge. FTID should work but FedEx of all the carriers is fairly finicky.

I could edit the label and make sure I replace everything with fake information (and not delete anything causing a reprint).

They'll generate and replace the shipping label "at their depot" against the Information on the tracking number, which shows that you're the sender.

I am too having issues with FedEx seems like one of the toughest courier to deal with along with DPD. Lots of boxes just get stopped at depots....

That's what I'm referring to with FedEx:
