Mission Failed... #1
Howdy,

I bought an item from the warehouse deals so that the box was damaged and more likely to be something wrong with it. I got the item and claimed the item was broke and I had cut myself on a sharp piece of plastic and there now blood on the item... and they told me to wipe the blood off and send it back!!!.. w..t..f..

They can't do that can they? haha.

Regards

Boxing will work in your favour due to the nature of the blood.

In answer to your question, maybe the rep wasn't convinced enough. So yes they can tell you to wipe it clean and return. Very strange yes.

As mentioned above firstly before you box say its stained and won't wipe off, see what they say. They might ask for a picture.

It means to send an empty, or weighted box to them. Weighted with something like ice/dry ice or similar. Essentially so when it gets to them it seems as if the package has been tampered with and stolen in transit.

They certainly can. You should have said that the blood has dried and Is embedded In the Item, hence you cannot entirely remove It.

That aside, what's the Item Inclusive of weights & dimensions?

Exactly, The typically avoid to ask you sending the item back when the item is clearly "contaminated" with blood. They do this because they not want to put their employees and costumers at risk of HIV or similar illness.

As I mentioned above send a quick email to them saying the blood is stained on to the item.

Box means send an empty box/package to them.
