ive still got a few coming to my friends house so im happy about those, when looking for an imei i found that going on imei.info and pasting 352494111 followed by 5 random numbers will give you an incomplete imei number, all you have to do is cycle through the 0-9 and one of the last numbers will give you a valid one

What was your email provider? Also most importantly, was the first imei you entered valid? Or did it say it had already been used?

I did two using Gmail and it went through instantly validated.

However I did just one for my friend using his "proton email" and it didn't validate automatically.

What email provider did you use? And what company was the proof of purchase?

I also made a claim yesterday using a proton email and John Lewis PDF receipt. Received a confirmation email but claim still pending.
