John Lewis cross-check consignments, hence are rather difficult to deal with, particularly when using the missing Item/partial method.

Yes, that will suffice.

There's a number of suitable methods- sealed box, wrong Item received and obviously the DNA. Take your pick and we'll work from there. In closing, I kindly suggest creating your own thread.
