Could it work with Amazon ? Refund #1
Hello,

I was wondering if this method could work with Amazon for a refund:

I order an Ipad. Once the product has been received I contact them by chat. And I tell them that the box was in perfect condition and the ipad box still sealed, but when I opened it, it was flour instead of the Ipad. And that I do not understand how this is possible since the ipad box was still sealed;

Like if someone use the the sealed box method against them and I received this product.

What do you think ?

Use something more realistic, such as a keyboard (foldable or otherwise) obviously of the same weight as the IPad.

As such, It could be either a manufacturer error or someone else's return.

But with that, they can ask me to return this keyboard...

No ?

Correct.

You can either purchase one that they stock (hence the manufacturer packed that Instead of the IPad), or any other keyboard- which will be someone else's return. To make It worth your while, be sure It's extremely cheap.

So for you, the trick with the flour is not a good idea ?

You can certainly use It and It will save the hassle of purchasing and sending the wrong Item back but to me, It seems like It's fabricated.

Thanks again!

For you, with Amazon and for an iPad Pro, it's better to use the wrong item received method or the wrong item sealed box method ?

What do you think ?

I always recommend to opt for a method that you're most comfortable and more Importantly, "confident" with.

They're both equally effective, so ultimately It's your choice.

Hello,

I received the iPad Pro today. I contacted Amazon to tell them that the iPad was not in the box but instead there was a keyboard. I told them that the box was perfectly sealed before I opened it.

They asked me for pictures. I sent them via email.
And I received this response (translation from French to English, sorry for the mistakes):

"Hello,

After having carried out research concerning your order, I confirm that my colleague is studying your file.

The processing time for this type of request is typically 3 business days, however, it appears that additional time is required. Please accept my sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

You will be contacted by our Customer Service to send you additional information as soon as possible. "

It's bad ? What do you think ?
