I need a macbook pro for work, so i planning to refund on with amazon.com, so here is my plan:
1. i order it
2. after arrive i will tell them the macbook is not working and push for a replacement
3. after replacement arrive i just start a normal return with the reason of missed estimated delivery date and ftid it

Let me know what you guys think about my plan, btw it is a fresh account (short of, since i only use this account on amazon.ca before not .com).

Sealed box method with Apple product, I would say not the easiest one.
It's possible but you have to do a beautiful excellent work with the wrapping material. You have to give them the impression you didn't open it.

after thinking of this, since i am not in NA i will do a one time refund instead of a triple dip. I am planning to use dna since as i am using a reship service. However it requires signiture, will that casue any problem?

Hey OP, just a heads up they may ask you to return it if you simply say it is not working, as im sure that often they will not send the replacement until they have received the return
