I was curious to know whats a "limit" to credit card charge backs? like whats a safe rule to follow? 1 every 3 months? and also should I keep using the "I never got it " excuse? or switch the excuse up t o something like "Defective item" Also, whats the usually what happens in the case that they detect fraud? they close your account?

There are no hard and fast rules.
Allow a sufficient gap from one SE to the next, change your methods regularly and do the same with the value of each Item. It's also good practice to allow the account to mature, and perform a few legit purchases In between SEs.

It depends on the merchant and the nature of the claim.

Interesting, I have 6 credit cards and I'm trying to cycle thru them, I do small purchases but always stay below 30% usage and 1 Debit card that I done so far 3 CB's every 2 months or so, that one sees a ton of traffic tho. I think I'm slow it down a bit just to be safe.

You seem to be performing the CBs just fine, using a very good calculated approach.
Be sure to alternate between each card- with lesser transactions on those with the highest risk.
