Has anyone successfully refunded Halfords? Electric scooter. Or does anyone know a website. Please let me know

They're 19 kg and 14 kg respectively.

Too heavy and big for every method, hence the DNA Is the way to go.

Is the battery detachable?

If so, they may request the scooter Itself be returned.
