yes , i went on for a week or so sending them a corrupted file for 1 -2 times a day everytime they answered me saying that they couldn't open the file.

Anyways from my Amazon order section I saw a tab that stated return item, i clicked it and it allowed me to create a label to return the item choosing the reason of the return(wrong item as I always said to the amazon support). I went to the post office some days ago and returned the "wrong item" with the label created .

I don't know if this is a bug from amazon website or what, because amazon suppport always denied to me a refund without the police report

Amazon usually takes up to 14 days since the day you ship them back the item to process you the refund, since i did it some days ago, i have to wait almost 2 weeks for their decision

Somedays ago, i talked to an amazon support agent, to get updates about the return of the item I shipped, and he told me to wait until today, and in case of not received the refund to contact the support again, so that they could help me with it.
I have not received the refund, so i called them and the support agent told me that the department in charge of my case would have contacted me. their response is that they need the police report to proceed. I Have tried to recall and chat them, but their response has been the same, the chat agent has even told me that the support agent that some days ago told me to wait for the refund has told me a wrong information.

That's very poor management on their end.

Request your claim be escalated to a senior level, on the grounds that your refund was confirmed by one of the representatives.

I did so, but they told me that the department that is taking care of my issue, require to see a working police report file on my end. And they are the ones that need to approve the refunding.

What would happen if you faked the ghost personna's police report? Nobody can get hurt or.. am I wrong?
