PayPal Wrong Item 08-28-2020, 09:22 PM
#1
Hi, im looking to get a canada goose jacket for the winter, im thinking about using paypal as my backup plan incase refunding the company directly fails. Correct me if im wrong but with paypal, if i made a case saying i received the wrong item they just tell me to return it to the seller? or would canada goose have anyway of proving to paypal i recieved the correct jacket? BTW ill probably be buying this jacket from the official canada goose site unless theres a better website i can do.
Thanks

Perharps you could be even sending an envelope full of wrapped dry ice - the envelope would be taped all over, and put inside an package - ship the package, no need to make any claims at the seller's website as you would say the seller is not communicating with you - creating a "confusion" wall from your point of view, and as the seller won't see any disputes from you they will think you really must've contacted some wrong email or whatever. Letting paypal guide you through, and I believe if the tracking says delivered, sooner - or later, you would get your successful outcome because paypal is awesome. Also, do not get worried if it takes even a month or two. Paypal is just this way and it can't be helped.
