Hi so I ordered two puffer jackets amounting to £465 from northface . I claimed a DNA , and they sent me a form saying I would need to fill it out and it says it is so any police investigation can be taken. Is this just a scare tactic, and should I undergo it .

I can’t quite tell , it says I confirm that good received by ( company name) have not been delivered . I declare I will comply with Yodel security and the police .
I do think it’s a company generated one as it came in an email and they told me to fill it out in blue pen and send a picture. The parcel delivery was by Yodel .

It's simply stating that an Investigation may be opened, and full compliance Is required with the carrier and the police- meaning a police report. As long as It's not an affidavit, then It's fine to go ahead and sign It.
