any method on SE'ing a SSD from cruical?

I will make purchase tonight from B&H mainly because the SSD is $50 cheaper then staples, but B&H offers to pay through paypal, should i go through PP as a back up incase they deny my missing item? the second item im buying that i will say i have is a compuer cooling stand which is 2.0 lb / 900.0 g and the SSD is 80 grams.

Yes, always use PayPal as a backup plan.

As such, you have two options to SE- one with the company Itself and If that fails, hit PayPal.

yes as far as im aware they are both in stock and will ship together with expedited shipping

How many Items In total are you planning to SE?

Just the one SSD; ordered two items - cooling mat and SSD. paid with PP last night, they gave expedited shipping which should arrive on 26th, I figured i would call in or chat in immediately after receiving package to tell them im missing SSD. I dont understand why some people say to wait.

Yes, Immediately call them. It's common sense that anyone who doesn't receive their Item when accepting the delivery, will call thereafter.

If It was the DNA, It's understandable to wait for the next day to get In contact.

It came yesterday and i went to go live chat with them but it said they were too busy for some reason and told me to send a message and they will reach back out to me by email. I have not heard back from them yet so not sure if i should try to chat in again and tell them or just wait until they reply and tell them i need a refund because they are taking too long and i needed to replace computers HD now for a it failed on me so i went ahead and ordered off amazon instead.

It won't hurt to contact them with a friendly reminder about the urgency of your claim.

yeah i did contact them again today but i had to email them again because for some reason their chat isnt up or too busy. But i did say in the email that it was urgent since my computer went down and already told them i bought a new replacement from amazon and paid for next day shipping, its weird bc in my shipment i actually had another customers receipt for different products so i think this will help my claim.
