It's not possible to say for sure.
If It's sealed perfectly as per the manufacturer's packing without any signs of Inconsistencies whatsoever, then It will not give them reason to check.
Argh thanks anyways for the help

Honestly I do not think the sealed method is the best was to SE a computer. I would use the disposable faulty item or the battery leaked, or of course if the courier is inattentive DNA.

Hey mothered I might pull of the Sealed box method with a 2019 MacBook Pro 16inch weighs 2kg , I’m planning to put in an old computer , it weighs 2.3kg is that fine or is that too much ?

A 300 gram variance may be a little too much. Try and get a closer match.
Provided there's no signs of tampering whatsover and the box Is as per the manufacturer's state, then you'll be fine.

They have CCTV cameras In place when storeman pick, pack and dispatch orders, so (for example) the missing Item method Is destined to fail.
Then this should answer your question, yes?
Unless you're concerned with the value of the Items?
This was last November so quite some time has elapsed since then. Just thought I'd see if anyone has anything to say on the odd chance that somehow some kind of protocol of theirs has changed.
I guess the total value does stress me out a little bit too as the most I've done before is 1.5k. however realistically, it should not make a difference. As far as I'm concerned I just bought a macbook and a camera, then decided to return it as I found the same ones elsewhere for cheaper.
Do you think it's a better option to return them instantly, perhaps even live chat them as it's being delivered and ask to cancel the order (obviously they won't be able to as it's about to be delivered, but it will be on record that I'm requesting a cancellation)... Or perhaps wait a few days?
EDIT
Nevermind. Shortly after placing my order Argos has cancelled it due to an "error".
This is very weird as the past few weeks I've had Curry's cancel 2/3 orders of mine which were high value. For no reason also. Very frustrating having to wait 7 working days for a refund.
Can't understand why this is happening unless if they aren't accepting high value orders for some reason. All my info checks out. The only thing that may be throwing systems off is the high value plus that my legitimate address (shipping) has recently changed....
Very weird
You tried again ? I’m planning to do a 2.8k MacBook Pro sealed box and wondering if they would like rip the seal and check inside
I circumvented this issue by placing an order with currys via their ebay store. 10k no problems.

How ? What did you say was SNAD? Did they not ask for a return?

This was an eBay claim/refund, not a PayPal claim, correct? I've been hearing eBay claims are 50-50 now.
