If it's true that we learn from our mistakes, what a better way of learning from the SE that we failed?

Once I wasnt able to provide a video of the broken item and since I didnt know about corrupted files back then I dumped the SE.

A failed SE, does have Its advantages.

Take the positive out of the negative- you'll know "what not to do" the next time around.

I once ordered a smartwatch wanting to refund it (250$). However 2 days after ordering i only then noticed it was not packaged & shipped by amazon. So i knew this would be a failed refund. So i decided to retour the smartwatch. But the third party company wanted me to pay for the shipping cost as it was international shipping. This was going on for weeks going back and forth with amazon support. Eventually after about 8 weeks i decided to take the L and now im wearing the smartwatch lol.
Well, atleast i learned from my mistakes.

Recently attempted to dna a package worth 200£.i got too greedy and thought the refund was going to be achieved as amazon is just too easy .they denied my refund and asked me to file a police report .i was not bothered to waste a police report as the value was not that expensive and I could handle the loss .long story short ,plan ahead and always execute your se with perfection and give time before you attempt to se on account you have already refunded before.

But if you don't sign a police report after claiming that the package was lost, couldn't they get suspicious about your account?
I mean If you lost an item, why wouldn't you want to sign a police report to get it back? As an Amazon employee, I would become suspicious if you wouldn't do it.

Very valid point.

For the most part, they will not move forward with the claim until a PR Is signed and returned.
