Hey there everyone,
I'm having a very unusual problem with logitech, 2 weeks ago i placed a ticket saying that my g29 racing wheel had stopped working. I did all the normal steps and provided all the info needed to make an replacement, such has photo with sn proof.
The problem is that he is always making an excuse to get more time ( I will leave a few prints of the conversation ).
Im not even sure if he is contacting anything, because i used a pop from a local store photoshopped.

I would try to complain my way through and try to express how disappointed and mad you are. Try thinking like a normal customer that has to deal for more than two weeks with the support just to get delayed even more. Keep us updated!

Remember you use your mouse DAILY and you bought Logitech since it has the best ones not being able to use your computer for this long is really frustrating

You have all the evidence needed to request your claim be escalated.

Do you have any experience with Logitech other than their gaming line? I would love to get an MX Master 3 but im unsure if it will be easy or not.
