That's absolutely ridiculous. You've complied with their request, yet they're continually neglecting to resolve the matter.

Keep all records of your requests and their response, then ask to speak to senior management and provide the Information. Do not give In- you're well within your rights to have your account reinstated.

Do you think they are connecting your account with another that is locked? Otherwise no clue why this would happen.
