Refund Issue #1
Hey there everyone!
I Recently bought 4 shirts from tiffosi and i tried to do a partial refund by saying that i only received 1 shirt in it. It usually works without problems but this time they said that they checked with the carrier and the weight was correct.
What are my options now? Can someone give me ideas, i would really apreciate

you said "It usually works without problems".. does that imply that you've done this method numerous times with the SAME company tiffosi? or was this your first time doing it with Tiffosi

just curious, if Tiffosi a small scaled business/brand? some companies are usually stingy but clothes should be very easy to refund.

The partial/missing Item method, Is always based against the weight of the Item(s).

They've cross-checked the dispatched weight (at their warehouse) against the received weight (at the carrier's depot) on the consignment/manifest, and given they've matched, It was deemed delivered.

In future, be sure to check the weight(s) prior to moving forward with the missing Item/partial method.

If it doesn’t show the weight on the package does that mean they didn’t record the weight?

Damn. That's tragic. Not sure if there's much you can do now.

I think your only options are to either return or mark this as a failure and move on. I'd love to hear if others have a better option.

In the future, if the weight is posted on the parcel, maybe go with DNA instead of EB or missing items.

Edit: Seems really far-fetched and doubt it'd work tbh, but you can try claiming it was filled with a bunch of paper or something. This might lead to external investigation though.

Not at all.

Carriers record weights and dimensions at their depot for cost purposes- they charge on weight or volume, whichever Is the greater.

Sorry for the late reply!
Should i use a DNA method next time? They will eventually check the carrier and can cause some problems.
I was planning to do a adidas refund, but im not sure what method i should use since they can check the weight, and dna can take time and cause problems once again
