Well they have said my account wont be reopened and would need a police report to issue me a new headset / refund. So there is hope there, however I had logged into the account today and all privleges are back on teh account, I can order, view orders, make returns with no issues.

So they reopened the account?
Actually try to check out to confirm. I have a closed account saved on the Amazon app and I know I can do all that, but can't actually place orders. Can add to cart, do returns, etc... Reminds me, I should make a thread on this.

Yep let me place and order which I got today, seems to be closed again now where I can only access content but it did work. Has a specialist last night tell me he would issue a refund for the headset if it didnt arrive today and would automastically email me, just waiting for that now but not keeping my hopes up

seems to be closed again now where I can only access content but it did work. Has a specialist last night tell me he would issue a refund for the headset if it didnt arrive today and would automastically email me, just waiting for that now but not keeping my hopes up

What a total mess on Amazon's end.

You'd think that a company on that scale, would handle the matter professionally. It's not difficult to sort out an Issue with the account.

Didnt get the refund, going to leave it a few days to settle down and will try a long winded email wednesday. If not i guess i have to call it quits

Simply file a report.

As I keep mentioning, a police report Is part of company protocol to move forward with their process.
