Amazon - iPhone Refund #1
I'm planning on ordering and then refunding an iPhone 7 from amazon. It's total is $243. Is there a method I can use to refund the phone without it getting blacklisted? I do plan on selling it on eBay or FB Marketplace. I was thinking of using DNA (if they didn't take a photo of it at my doorstep) or saying that the item was not in my package (because it's a light phone).

You cannot do anything on your end.

The IMEI Is placed In a pool of blacklisted numbers by the company and when you attempt to activate with a given carrier, It will be declined. That's "If" they decide to blacklist It.

Obviously It was left at the premises without a signature?

What's the exact weight of the phone?

Google says 188 grams.

It will register a weight on consignment, hence a little too heavy for the missing Item method.

Obviously you didn't sign for the package?

I didn't order it yet but I don't think Amazon would require a signature for the package due to them social distancing, right?

It depends on the carrier they use, and where It's shipped.

Amazon Prime predominantly use UPS and for destinations that UPS cannot deliver, they use DHL, FedEx and USPS. For everything else, the latter Is used. Sometimes (depending on location), the carrier delivers to the local post office and they forward the delivery to the buyer. Essentially, It's the "carrier" that needs to be Identified as to whether they're accepting signatures.
