Gaming PC Setup - Assistance Appreciated 04-23-2020, 05:32 PM

Hi all,
Need some ideas. I'm trying to build a gaming PC setup, but I wanna do it on the cheap. I've ordered everything you could possibly need for a complete gaming PC setup; table, chair, mouse, keyboard, mat, etc. I'm going to attempt DNA and empty box on the lighter items, but certain items require a signature on delivery (such as the custom built PC).
1. I was thinking of attempting a partial on the custom PC build. It comes with an RTX 2080 Super, so that'd be a good component. Issue is they hardware and software test before shipping, and I'm sure images are taken / CCTV is present. Also saying the most expensive component is missing isn't exactly subtlety in action. Any ideas on the PC?
2. I've ordered two monitors (heavy as fuck) from two different retailers. What's a good method here? They'll never leave at safe place, these are top of the line. In fact I'm fairly sure they both require signatures on arrival. Dead pixel route? I'd require images though. What's a good monitor SE route to take? It's been not too long since my last SE with this retailer. I'd rather have a reasonable reason to not return the monitor(s) and receive new ones I can refund.
3. Anybody ever tried Razer?
5. IKEA? Could argue a part was missing, another damaged, argue for a full refund. They'd want to pickup but considering the COVID-019 situation I could argue I don't want to risk a pickup (vulnerable customer route?) and threaten to throw the item out unless they can pickup in some unreasonable amount of time?
