WWE requests this for 400$ dna #1
A week ago I purchased a WWE Replica championship belt which costs in total 450$ Straight from the wweshop website. The package shipped with fedex and didn’t require a signature, they just left it in my lobby, where as I live on the 6th floor. I called the next day and told them I didn’t receive it, since I didn’t have to sign and they said they will send me a form to sign and return to email or fax and I’ll get my refund. This form seems intimidating and might be used against me. What do you all think of this? Is this a scare tactic and have anyone else got something like this from another company? Looking for opinions and what I should do next. Thanks for reading.

What works In your favor Is this:
Quote:Should the original parcel be received, It will be Immediately returned.

In the unlikely event they decide to pursue the matter further, you'd simply state that you've located the package and return It thereafter. This releases you from all liability. Given the heading reads "Dear WWE Fan", It Indicates that It's an Internal company document, as opposed to a general affidavit.

On the above grounds and the fact that the DNA method was used, the statement Is simply required to move forward with your claim. I'd say It's safe to sign.

Yeah I was thinking of saying I found it in the event it escalated. It doesn’t seem to be an affidavit but it’s similar, I’m sure it could be used as such. In this case I’m going to go forward with this and stick to my story. Thanks for the advice mothered

You're very welcome.

I believe you'll be fine. It seems like It's simply required to move forward with your claim.

It's so nice when you get these options.
