IDK how they can do it, I didn't give them any payment info. I gave them only my address, friends phone number, serial number, and fake name. I think they are just telling me to return the defective product not expecting it. I asked the rep, who told me to return the defective product after I received the replacement.

Try telling them you threw it in the trash because no one told you that you should send it back

I wouldn't worry about billing since you used a fake name. Sure, they have your address and they can bill you, but if you used a fake name then just throw it away lol can't pay a bill that isn't yours.
