You don't need to photoshop receipts or to add to photos their verification numbers etc. It's as easy as:

1. Buying the Logitech stuff you want on your local shop.
2. Contact Logitech with legit SN and say your product doesnt work.
3. Logitech will ask you for photos of SN and to write some verification number by the product.
4. Logitech will send a replacement for fre.
5. You return legit product you bought back to the store within 14 days of purchase for legit refund.

So there you go. Super easy way to get your Logitech items for free. I'm sure this method will work with many other companies that don't require you to ship back faulty products. Want to contribute to this thread and list what some of those stores might be?

I have only one question regarding this: do you think it would equally work with heavy items like their sound system packs?

I doubt the weight will have anything to do with this succeeding or not. If you're playing it right with the S/N, this should not be an issue.

I have not experienced that they want the "faulty" one shipped back to them as of yet. Normally they just send a replacement and leave it be.

Do you happen to know other companies who won't ask for the faulty item back? This is a nearly perfect one for refunds.

I second this.

In all my years of SEing, Logitech have not requested the return of the Item.
