So I SE'd a jacket about a 8-9 days ago, I'm about to SE the same company from another address. I don't want to first jacket no more, so I was wondering if I use wrong item received and send them back the jacket from my first SE, will they know that the jacket was from an order 8-9 days ago? Can scanning the barcode link back to my first address? Does wrong item received method have to be from 2 orders, ordered at the same time?

Nah the barcode relates to the item type for their inventory. It isn't a serial number which is specifically tied to that item. Just tell them they sent you the wrong thing and send that old one back. As long as the weight is similar you good.
