Any other occasion/holiday period throughout the year where companies are as busy? Apart from Black Friday obviously.

It depends where you're located.

The Christmas period Is the busiest time of year, however In my locality, Easter Is absolutely flat-out. It's a 4 day public holiday, which means due to the downtime of close of business, certain stores are backlogged with orders.

Since their are a ton of orders being done. The "investigation" time for most companies is extremely long. However most companies that usually instantly refund their is no difference. However in my experience orders that are usually big are subject to a faster refund time for some reason (during the holidays).

I am wondering if by experience, it is  easier to SE some items during the Christmas and holiday season ?
Like Amazon, walmart, best buy, those place that must be overloaded with orders, returns, etc...
I am trying to find the best moment to try an SE for myself to get a new lcd monitor
Any ideas, suggestions? toughts?

I myself do notice its easier but also notice that its taking more time to complete. Longer waiting time for responses etc. I dont know how the rest is experiencing it.

With the amount of traffic that Christmas or special days offer. The e-commerce just explodes and no manpower can match that for sure.

Being Inundated with processing claims during the busiest time of year, means they'll have very little time to thoroughly check huge orders, thereby simply approve them In most cases.

I personally take such measures at work- simply not enough hours In the day to do the job properly.
